Radiocal is a walkie-talkie hire service for ski groups in Morzine and the Portes du Soleil. Agentrify built the booking system — group codes, automated payments, referral tracking, and bilingual checkout — so the whole operation runs without manual admin.
On a mountain, a group of six can be on six different runs within minutes. Mobile signal is patchy, WhatsApp threads are chaotic, and calling someone while wearing ski gloves is a genuinely miserable experience.
Walkie-talkies solve it — one button reaches everyone, works in gloves, lasts days on a charge, and has no line-of-sight limit. The problem wasn't the product. It was how to hire one without faff.
Agentrify built the ski radio hire booking platform for Radiocal in Morzine. One person starts a booking and gets a 4-digit group code. Everyone else joins with that code, picks their own dates, and pays for their own radio individually via Stripe. No organiser chasing payments. No group account to manage. No app to install.
The site is bilingual (English and French), with automated availability checks, payment processing, and a partner referral system that gives resorts, instructors and hotels a tracked link, 20% commission, and a staff dashboard — all without manual admin on Radiocal's side.
The hire itself is simple. Building a system where a group of strangers can each pay independently, track availability in real time, and have partners automatically credited — that's the engineering problem worth solving.
Radiocal covers Morzine, Les Gets, Avoriaz and the wider Portes du Soleil — one of the largest ski areas in the world. Doing that without a full admin team behind it is only possible because the booking system handles what would otherwise be manual work: chasing group payments, managing partner commissions, tracking stock.
This is the pattern across everything Agentrify builds. The automation isn't a nice-to-have — it's what makes the business model work.
